Description:

• Possibility to connect the burner to an existing solid fuel boiler.
• The burner is water cooled, thus enabling a long lifespan. The burner is connected between R” and F” on the boiler. An additional pump is installed to ensure a sufficient water flow through the burner chamber. With regards to the water-cooling system, a power of 5 to 8kW/h is delivered to the usable water during burner operation.
• The fan built into the burner can also be used for air blowing for combustion in the case of manually burning firewood. Burning is controlled through a control device installed on the burner.
• Cleaning the burner chamber is automatic and done through the el. valve using compressed air if it has been connected to a compressor. Otherwise, it is necessary to manually clean the ash and other non-combustible material from the chamber once every 10 or 20 days, depending on the quality of the pellets.
• The burner control system provides automatic operation, which is comparable to oil or gas burners: 
  • automatically adapts to different types of pellets
  • quality operation even when burning low-quality pellets
  • easy operation and maintenance
  • the emission of flue gases is in accordance with legal restrictions.
  • fuel – pellet efficiency – over 90%
  • the installation of the burner to existing boilers lengthens the product life of the boiler. The burner is a Slovenian product, the result of domestic knowledge and it is patented.
